舒金帅 简介

舒金帅,男,1986年生,博士,副研究员,2016年毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院蔬菜学专业。2019年1月,通过中国农业科学院“优秀青年科技人才”专门通道晋升为副研究员;2019年9月,入选中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所“中蔬英才”所级青年英才特殊支持人选;2019年12月-2020年4月,中国农业科学院人事局借调。曾获硕士研究生国家奖学金、北京市五星志愿者、先正达奖学金、孟山都奖学金、博士研究生国家奖学金、中国农业科学院“金龙鱼优博奖学金”、 “新疆维吾尔自治区优秀博士后”、中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所“文明职工”、“奉献奖”等荣誉称号。

多年以来,一直从事蔬菜遗传育种与优异基因的分子遗传学相关的教学与科研工作,主要以茄子、番茄等蔬菜作物野生资源、地方品种和特异种质资源为材料,重点研究影响重要农艺性状的分子基础和代谢途径、遗传改良的变异组学和高通量分子育种技术开发,致力于茄科蔬菜作物分子设计育种,创制特色育种资源材料,培育株型适宜、优质、高产、多抗、安全的茄科蔬菜新品种。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上项目、新疆维吾尔自治区优秀博士后普通资助、北京市高级研修班、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项等项目10项,获得中国农业科学院科学杰出科技创新奖1项。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文40余篇,其中第一或通讯作者发表论文22篇,SCI索引10篇。授权国家发明专利3项,申报国际发明专利3项,国家发明专利2项。目前指导研究生4人,协助培养博士研究生4名,硕士研究生8名。

研究方向:茄果类蔬菜种质资源创制及新品种选育;优异基因挖掘与利用;蔬菜分子设计育种
